Welcome to UniquePets.net
My name is Don Zucchi and I am a private breeder of many species of Phelsuma. Through the years I have collected many of my favorite species and an abundance of bloodlines through other private breeders from around the world aswell as hand picking the most beautiful wild caught specimans available. My collection consists of a number of popular day gecko species. What makes my collection different is the fact that I put an enormous effort not in how many species I can obtain, but in striving to produce the most beautiful, unique, and healthy bloodlines available. My availability page is almost always up to date. Check out my wanted section for geckos that I am currently seeking. Click on the links up top for more information. Enjoy your visit!

Mission Statement
I created this site to further myself and help others like me or who are interested in this hobby. Through the years I have met many people in this industry some good and some bad. I know that trust is a major concern when dealing with alot of breeders. Rest assured that I will never sell any animal that is unhealthy or not in top condition. I can provide references upon request. I have a very immense passion for herpetology, and find great joy traveling to shows, talking to people, and learning new techniques. My number one priority is the health and quality of the animals I care for and breed. I take great pride in making sure each one of my animals are properly cared for and I am very proud of the offspring that I produce. I do not encourage inbreeding in my collection or any collection for that matter. All captive bred reptiles are inbred to an extent due to selection. Further inbreeding of these animals will just weaken their bloodlines and health. I am very selective about which animals I breed, meaning that I only breed animals that are worth breeding. If I don't think a animal is healthy enough, or perfect enough I will not further that bloodline.
